Information we process

• Account data: email, display name, language, authentication, and account status
• Threads connection data: connected account identifiers, granted permissions, tokens, and connection state
• Product usage data: drafts, publishing and reply operations, analytics results, approvals, and execution records
• Community data: posts, replies, group participation, reports, and moderation records
• Billing and technical data: plan and payment status, transaction references, IP address, user agent, and error and security logs. Raw payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.

Why we use it

We process data as needed to provide accounts and Threads connections, perform user-requested publishing, conversation, analytics, and AI operations, operate the community, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent errors, abuse, and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and international processing

The service may use Meta Threads APIs, Cloudflare networking, compute, and database connectivity, server and database hosting, and payment, email, and AI providers. The relevant provider and necessary data scope are disclosed in the product or a separate notice when a feature is enabled or a purchase is made.

Retention and deletion

Account, content, and connection data is retained while needed to provide the service. When a user deletes it or closes an account, it is deleted or de-identified except for records required by law or minimally necessary for security. Billing records may be retained for periods required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Users can disconnect Threads and revoke granted permissions, and may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data. Requests can be sent to mail@ankk.app; if a legal exception applies, we will explain it.

Security and changes

We limit permissions and access to what is needed, protect transport paths and operational records, and provide incident notices according to applicable law and actual impact. Material policy changes are announced in the product or on this page before they take effect.
