Terms of Service

Operator and accounts

The service is operated by 애나콘 주식회사. Users must provide accurate information, protect their accounts and credentials, and review activity performed through their accounts. Questions can be sent to mail@ankk.app.

Basic subscription

Basic is available as a US$2 monthly subscription or a US$20 annual subscription. Taxes and the final charge are shown at checkout. Cancellation before the next renewal stops future charges; refunds follow mandatory law and the policy displayed at checkout.

Threads and user content

Users remain responsible for connected Threads accounts, published and reply content, third-party rights, and compliance with Meta and Threads platform policies. Users retain rights in their content and grant Ankk only the rights needed to provide requested services.

AI and automation

AI-generated drafts, analysis, and recommendations may be inaccurate. Users must confirm the scope and approval of sensitive actions and review final results. Ankk does not guarantee virality, reach, revenue, or account safety.

Prohibited use

• Spam, deception, impersonation, or manipulated engagement
• Unauthorized access to another person’s account, content, or personal data
• Rights infringement, unlawful content, or bypassing platform policies
• Security bypass, service disruption, or excessive automated requests

Service changes and suspension

Features may change or be temporarily suspended for security, legal requirements, Meta API changes, maintenance, or service quality. Access may be limited for violations, risk, or non-payment, with the reason and recovery path provided when practicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, special, or consequential loss is limited. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence, privacy obligations, or mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and changes

The laws of the Republic of Korea govern, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Material changes are announced in the product or on this page before they take effect.
