सेवा की शर्तें

संचालक और खाते

सेवा 애나콘 주식회사 द्वारा संचालित है। सही जानकारी दें, खाते और credentials सुरक्षित रखें और account activity जाँचें। संपर्क: mail@ankk.app।

Basic subscription

Basic US$2 मासिक या US$20 वार्षिक है। Tax और अंतिम राशि checkout पर दिखती है। Renewal से पहले cancel करने पर आगे के charges रुकते हैं; refunds अनिवार्य कानून और checkout policy के अनुसार हैं।

Threads और उपयोगकर्ता content

Connected account, content, third-party rights और Meta तथा Threads policies के लिए आप जिम्मेदार हैं। Content rights आपके रहते हैं; Ankk को केवल अनुरोधित सेवा के लिए आवश्यक अधिकार मिलते हैं।

AI और automation

AI drafts, analysis और recommendations गलत हो सकते हैं। Sensitive actions की पुष्टि और अंतिम परिणाम की समीक्षा करें। Ankk virality, reach, revenue या account safety की गारंटी नहीं देता।

निषिद्ध उपयोग

• Spam, deception, impersonation या manipulated engagement
• Accounts, content या data में unauthorized access
• Rights infringement, unlawful content या platform policies से बचना
• Security bypass, service disruption या अत्यधिक automated requests

बदलाव और suspension

Security, law, Meta API, maintenance या quality के कारण features बदल या अस्थायी रूप से बंद हो सकते हैं। Violation, risk या non-payment पर access सीमित किया जा सकता है।

उत्तरदायित्व

कानून की सीमा में indirect, special या consequential loss की liability सीमित है, पर वह liability नहीं जिसे कानूनन सीमित नहीं किया जा सकता।

लागू कानून और बदलाव

अनिवार्य consumer protection के अधीन कोरिया गणराज्य का कानून लागू होता है। महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव लागू होने से पहले बताए जाते हैं।
